SALE TERMS & RETURN POLICY 

PLEASE READ

• Payment is by PayPal ,I can now accept all major cards
• Postal Orders (not crossed) & cheques also accepted made payable to mrs JT Goodey
• All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard post, unless otherwise stated, larger items may be sent by courier.
• Any returns must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery in an unused condition with all packaging in tact.
• I do not accept returns on custom personalised or made to measure items unless faulty.
• All ready to go items are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days - occasionally it may take longer,
• If you are not entirely happy with an equestrian or dog product please contact me to arrange a return, postage is not refunded, or if free post there will be 10% deducted from the original payment.
• If an item is returned for exchange to another size, you will be charged the postage back to you & the extra for a larger size.
• Please allow up to 5 days for delivery - Royal Mail do not always deliver quickly.In the event that an item is lost in the post Royal Mail do not deem an item lost until 15 working days after dispatch date, I always obtain proof of posting.
• Overseas orders are not deemed lost until 30 working days after dispatch date,I take no responsibility for additional taxes / import duties incurred when over seas buyers purchase my products.
